Bjouterie Markor Jewellery, a member of the Canadian Jewellery Group Co-operative Association (CJG), helped raise $14,763 this year for the Ronald McDonald House (RMH) Charities across Canada.

The CJG is Canada’s largest group of independent retail jewellers.  Fundraising events, including a silent auction and scrap gold drive, were held in August at their Annual General Meeting and Buying Show in Toronto.

The CJG is pleased to announce that its group has raised over $170,163 to date for RMH Charities in communities across Canada.

The CJG is a generous group, and the spirit of giving is alive and well with its members.  .  At the 2019 Annual CJG Gala dinner, Brian VandenDool, former CJG president, thanked the members for their  ongoing charitable donations in support of the important work that RMHC does.  Ronald McDonald House Charities has tremendous impact on the lives of families of sick children, a journey which Brian and his family have experienced personally.

The Canadian Jewellery Group is a proud supporter of RMH Charities. The $14,763 in donations collected from fundraising events will be divided amongst all the Ronald McDonald Houses across Canada – 15 in total – an organization dedicated to providing a home away from home for the families of seriously ill children who are staying at a nearby hospital.
