To The Editor,

Local shops suffer when the snow falls . . . or it should be said that when the municipality dilly-dallies in their response to clear the snow at the curb, commerce is marred. Trying to park is one thing, but it’s most difficult to traverse the snow banks in front of the town’s commercial establishments.

While the sidewalks have been cleared of the snow fall of the night of the 11th,  it is still blocking the curbs in the commercial area of Main Street on Friday the 15th.   This is unacceptable !

As the The Review  advocates for shopping local, it’s time to bring this issue directly to the mayor and the Vankleek Hill councillors.
