Man found in house fire sent to hospital

A man found inside a house near Glen Robertson that was destroyed by fire early Friday morning was seriously injured, and taken to a Toronto hospital for treatment, according to North Glengarry Fire Chief Matthew Roy.

All North Glengarry fire stations responded to the fire, which was on County Road 23 near the landfill site.

Roy said the Ontario Fire Marshall’s (OFM) investigation into the cause of the fire continues.
