The Nation Municipality now has commercial lots for sale in its new Innovation Commercial Park in Limoges. Three lots have already been sold. All the lots must be serviced by their own well and septic field. The fibre-optic and three-phase hydro service will be available soon. The minimum purchase price is $37,500 per acre. There are about 20 two-acre lots for sale. The entire park consists of 65 acres but the municipality has retained some land for its new municipal garage and for storm water control.
All of the development charges on commercial and industrial developments have been removed by council to encourage growth in The Nation Municipality.
The conditions of purchase, the plan of lots currently for sale, the by-law for permitted uses and the purchase offer form are available on The Nation Municipality’s website at https://nationmun.ca/en/economic-development/lands-for-sale/. Offers are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be accompanied by a deposit of $1000 or greater than 1% of the purchase price.
The Innovation Commercial Park, located near Pommainville Sideroad in Limoges, provides easy access to Highway 417 through exit 79 and is located only twenty minutes away from the City of Ottawa.
