Come on out and enjoy some good old square dancing on November 23 at École secondaire catholique régionale de Hawkesbury. The event starts at 7:30 pm. Tickets available at the event.
The square dancing will be called in French, but the instructions are easy to follow so everyone is encouraged put on their dancing shoes and give it a try. No experience is necessary. The event is meant to be fun.
This is a Soirée Folklorique and is a fundraiser with all proceeds for the Centre Marguerite facility for women. The evening was organized by grade 10 student Adèle Lavigne who has volunteered at the Centre.
Admission for children aged 12 and under is free. Student admission is $10 and adults are $20. The price of admission includes snacks & & an entry in for various draws during the evening. Tickets are available at the door!
