As of January 5, the precautionary boil-water advisory that was issued for the Glen Robertson Municipal Drinking Water System on January 1, 2018, has now been lifted.
The most recent water samples indicate that the water is now potable and safe to drink.
The advisory went into effect on January 1, following an equipment failure at the Water Treatment Plant in Glen Robertson. Since that time, staff have worked to replace a faulty pump and to restore water service.
