Dear editor and reporter,
Thank you for drawing attention to the water problem in Hawkesbury. Great editorial. Water, water everywhere, nary a drop to drink.
And, the need to be prepared for emergencies, before they become exigencies. Years ago, your paper reported that the town of Hawkesbury needed funds to upgrade their water plant or build a new fire house. Well, the new fire station is shiny and good. And the town water pipes have failed. More than once.
Please do keep on reporting.
While you are here, we have a small ask.
