Council approved, on September 25, the proposition from the Recreation and Culture department, to close down Main Street on October 27 to let residents celebrate Halloween with the whole family. Main Street will be closed from William Street all the way to the Jean Coutu.
All ages are welcome. There will be a costume parade, a pumpkin carving and at night there will be a film projection at the Place des Pionniers. If the weather is bad, the film will be projected at the arena.
