Man arrested for allegedly luring girls

The Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry OPP arrested a man for “invitation to sexual touching” after he allegedly attempted to lure two girls younger than 16 years old. The police were called to a property on Derby Street in Alexandria on May 15. They say “no contact or injuries” took place. The man who was arrested, a 64-year-old from North Glengarry, is scheduled to appear in court on June 7 in Alexandria.
