Police have arrested a man for allegedly stealing a ferret from a pet store.
They say on May 11 at about 6:52 p.m., a pet store on Massie Crescent in Alexandria reported a ferret had been stolen. Police say it was determined it had been stolen by a 29-year-old man from Alexandria, who was arrested and will appear in court in Cornwall.
The animal was returned to the store.
