Peacefully at Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Friday, March 17, 2017, Orville Ernest Wilkes of Maxville, formerly of Fournier, age 86 years.  Beloved husband of Marie Wilkes (nee Judd). Loving father of Wendy Turner (Brian) of Ottawa, Aileen Cross (Bruce) of Vankleek Hill, and Ken Wilkes (Peggy) of Fournier. Dear brother of Lorna Winter (late Gordon) of Maxville. Proud grandfather of Kathleen, David (Beth), Devin (Danielle), Colleen (Curtis), Adam (Cameron), Emily (Bobby), Graham, Leigh-Ann (Sean), Hannah (Philip) and Andrew, and great-grandfather of Charlie and Daisy. Predeceased by one sister, Sheila Munro (late Arnold), and by his parents, Ernest and Milly Wilkes (nee Clemens). Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898) on Monday, March 20, 2017 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Tuesday from 9:30 am – 10:30 am. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the Munro & Morris Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 11 am.  Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Parkinson’s Society of Canada or to the Franklin Corner’s Cemetery would be appreciated by the family.
