Three years, thirty-six months, does not seem very long but, when the bond that existed between a mother and daughter has been broken for this length of time, it seems like an eternity.
Mom, I want you to know that in my heart you’re always with me. Not a day goes by when I don’t think about you. Not a day goes by when I don’t thank God for having given me such a wonderful Mother.

Dear Mom,
It is said that time heals all wounds, but that is not true. Some wounds are too deep to ever heal. Such is the wound of losing someone who was, and always will be, part of you.
It is as though part of your heart, part of your soul, has been torn away, and only a fraction of what you once were remains. There is no joy, no hope for a better tomorrow, only sadness and the struggle of going on from day to day.
This is the void your death has left in my life.
My only hope is that some day we will be re-united and then I will be whole again.
