NOTICE OF SALE OF LAND
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT Council of the Corporation of the Township of Champlain proposes to pass a By-Law to authorize the sale of municipal land by the Township of Champlain at the Regular Meeting of Council of August 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
The land to be sold is a piece of land with no frontage on a municipal road and is located at the North East side of the property with the civic address of 79 Derby Avenue, Vankleek Hill.
This notice is being provided pursuant to paragraph 4.a. of By-Law Number 98-98 with respect to providing notice as to the sale of municipal land.
The legal description of the land is as follows:

Part of Park Lot F, Plan 35, former Town of Vankleek Hill, described as Part 1 on Plan 46R-8040; Champlain (Part of PIN 54159-0280) (29.36m x 41.15m).
