McNeil, Lyla Fraser (Née Amey)

Peacefully passed away on Wednesday April 4, 2018 at the Extendacare New Orchard Lodge, in Ottawa at age 91. Lyla was born in Montreal to Elmer and Ruth Amey, but lived most of her life in Pointe au Chêne, QC. She was predeceased by her husband Clark Allan McNeil.
She is survived by her children/grandchildren Judi (Geoff Feltham), and daughter Margaret; Doug (Debbie), and son Chris Thompson (Stacey); Joan (Perry Louie) and children Talissa and Colton. She also leaves to mourn her sisters Francis and Elizabeth and brother Donald and many other family and friends.
Graveside service to be held at the Avoca Cemetery, May 5, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Friends and family are welcome to attend. Reception to follow at the McNeil house adjacent to the cemetery at 90 Avoca Road.
