IRVINE, Douglas – I want to thank all the people who organized the party on Saturday, December 9 for my 75 birthday. I want to thank the many people whose hands provided the delicious lunch. I also would like to thank East Hawkesbury Gospel Sound for providing their excellent entertainment. I especially want to thank relatives, friends and neighbours who came to help me celebrate my birthday. With so many of you involved, I was surprised you were able to keep it a secret until I walked in the door of the hall.
