At the Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Thursday, November 1, 2018, Elise Anna Hess (nee Reinhard) of Maxville; age 71 years. Beloved wife of Peter Hess. Loving mother of Stephan (Nora), Heinz (Susan) and David (Sara). Predeceased by her parents, Johan Reinhard and Maria Von Rotz and 3 siblings. She will be sadly missed by 10 siblings; her 4 grandchildren, Samuel, William, Jacob and Elise; and her niece, Arlette Vogt. The family extends a heartfelt ‘Thank you” to the close friends that have helped and supported them during the last year. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 11 am at St. James Catholic Church, Maxville. Interment of cremated remains to follow in the Parish cemetery. Memorial Donations to the Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Elise a tree will be planted in a memory woods.
