Mr. Gerald Boone from Vankleek Hill passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the age of 89. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy Draper Boone, and predeceased by his first wife, Joan Copeland; the son of the late Jules Boone and of the late Dorcas Harding; the cherished father of Peter (Cherylee), Stephen (Rachel), Eleanor (Trevor) and James (Diane), the loving grandfather of Joshua (Danielle), Miles, Craig, Lucas, Emma and Abigail. The family would like to thank the staff of the Heritage Lodge of Vankleek Hill as well as the staff of both the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital and the Ottawa General Hospital for their good care and professionalism.
