Vankleek Hill: Divesting with Local Solar Power

Last year, a few hundred residents of Eastern Ontario financed the construction of a first-in-Canada solar power project in Alfred, Ontario.

For a limited time, interested investors can invest in this innovative project along with 18 other solar power projects in Eastern Ontario. Deadline is Feb. 25, 2018 or until all shares have been sold.

This brief talk will cover the basics of community power in Ontario, impact investing, and the unique features of the Alfred solar garden.

Join us for coffee and snacks, meet members and investors, and have all your questions answered by Co-operative staff.
