Noël Campbell Spring Concert

This concert will feature works from Shostakovich, Debussy, Popper & more performed on cello.

Invited guests include:
The Campbell Trio ( Noël with Gabrielle and Rachel Campbell)
Amélie Langlois (pianist)
The Nadeau-Pacaud Trio (Nathanial Nadeau, Phaedra and Sonny Pacaud).

Noël, native to Alexandria Ontario, is a two-time grand prize winner of the Concours de talent de l’est Ontarien and was a finalist in the first season of Radio-Canada’s television show, Virtuose. He has performed in several prestigious venues such as the SAM festival in Longueuil, the Mount Royal Chalet, le MIFO, la Place des Arts, the Bell Centre, Le Palais Montcalm, Les Prix Gémeaux and has toured across Quebec and Ontario with Gregory Charles’ Virtuose en spectacle. He is also featured on the albums “Celebrating Music in Glengarry”, “Opus Neige” and “Noël en noir et blanc”. Noël has also participated in many fundraisers and was honored to receive a Youth of the Year Award as well as the Lieutenant Governor’s Community Volunteer Award.

Invités spéciaux: Trio Campbell et Trio Nadeau-Pacaud

Noël, originaire d’Alexandria en Ontario, a remporté deux fois le Concours de talents de l’Est ontarien et a été finaliste dans la première saison du programme de télévision de Radio-Canada, Virtuose. Il a joué dans plusieurs lieux prestigieux tels que le festival SAM à Longueuil, le Chalet Mont-Royal, le MIFO, la Place des Arts, le Centre Bell,le Palais Palais Montcalm, les Prix Gémeaux, et a participé à une tournée à travers le Québec et l’Ontario, Virtuose en spectacle, avec Gregory Charles. Il a eu l’occasion de participer aux albums Opus Neige, Noël en noir et blanc et “Celebrating Music in Glengarry”. Noël a été impliqué dans de nombreuses collectes de fonds et a eu l’honneur de recevoir le prix Jeunesse de l’année ainsi que le Prix du lieutenant-gouverneur pour l’action bénévole communautaire.
