Hudson Artists Spring Art Exhibition and Sale
The finest talent from the area will be on display during the Hudson Artists Spring Art Exhibition and Sale on the weekend of April 20-21-22. Visitors are invited to come on in to buy or just to browse, and take a chance on winning a beautiful framed floral pastel work, with raffle proceeds going to Le Nichoir.
For almost 80 years, Hudson Artists has been a major cultural influence in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region, with a current membership of over 80 artists, many of whom have exhibited internationally. Whether a visitors’ preference is for oil paintings, watercolours or mixed media works, there is a wide variety of exciting creations to suit any interest during this 3-day event.
The newly renovated Shaar Community Centre now features improved illumination in the main hall and the lobby, showing off these works in the best possible light.
Hudson Artists Exhibitions regularly attract visitors from as far away as Ottawa and The Eastern Townships. Nestled on the shores of the Lake of Two Mountains, picturesque Hudson Village is easy to get to via Route 40 West, Exits 22 or 28.
Visitors could win a colourful work by Hudson artist : Cat Frohloff-Braunwell.
