Players needed for pick-up hockey on Tuesday nights in Vankleek Hill

A hockey stick signed by Wayne Gretzky is one of many items to be auctioned at the Push for Change Charity Auction, which will be held in Hawkesbury on September 22.

The “Old Puckers Beer League” pick-up hockey league is looking for players.

Hockey takes place Tuesday evenings at 10 p.m. at the Vankleek Hill Community Centre, located at 36 Mill Street in Vankleek Hill.

The fun starts in October. You’re invited to join a great group of guys for a great skate, good game, lots of laughs and clean fun, according to the organizer.
