MP invites young resident to tour Parliament

Evan McGee of Vankleek Hill is seen here with Glengarry-Prescott-Russell MP Francis Drouin during McGee's tour at Parliament Hill in Ottawa recently.

At Derick’s Pancake Day Make-A-Wish fundraiser this past April 21, Wish recipient Evan McGee was presented with an invitation for a Parliamentary tour and lunch with Glengarry-Prescott-Russell MP Francis Drouin.  On Monday, June 4, Evan made the trip to Ottawa with his Mom, and met Mr Drouin at Centre Block.  They visited the Memorial Chamber, went up the Peace Tower, had a look inside Senator Grant Mitchell’s office, and sat across from PM Justin Trudeau during Question Period in the House of Commons.
