On Wednesday, March 18, 2020, shortly before 3:30 a.m., Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a theft complaint at a local gas station in Rockland, Ontario.

An unknown male attended the store and stole cigarettes with a total value of $120.

Assistance is being sought from the public in identifying the person of interest with the following description:

  • Caucasian
  • Between 177 cms (5’10”) and 185 cms (6’1″)
  • Early 20’s
  • Large build
  • Wearing a white and dark green t-shirt, dark pants with red side ligns, a black ball cap and white running shoes
  • Brown shoulder length hair
