On November 15, 2019, shortly after 6:45 a.m., Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to three theft of motor vehicle complaints on Laval Street, Des Cèdres Street and Lévesque Crescent in Casselman, Ontario.

The investigation revealed that sometime between November 14, 11:00 p.m. and November 15, 6:45 a.m., three vehicles were stolen from three different residences.

The property reported stolen included a red 2018 Toyota Highlander bearing Ontario licence plate: CDNL 771, a white 2016 Toyota Highlander bearing Ontario plate: BYNA 662 and a black 2017 Toyota 4Runner bearing Ontario plate: 694 6XR were stolen.

Russell County OPP would like to encourage members of the public to assist in this investigation by reviewing possible video footage or bringing forward any evidence in these thefts and to also take precautionary measures to make sure vehicles are properly secured.
